The first annual Apollo Bank Food & Rum Festival took place in the Brickell neighborhood where area restaurants shared their signature dishes and Miami Club Rum mixed their favorite cocktails.
The event brought together professionals from the business community in Miami’s urban core for an evening of great conversation. Between the bites from participating restaurants like Perricones, OTC, Sushi Maki, Mint Leaf, My Ceviche and Chicken Way and the mojitos and mijitas, signature rum cocktails, the festival made for a memorable evening.
The festival was held at the scenic courtyard inside Apollo Bank’s branch located at 1150 S. Miami Ave. Guests included Apollo Bank chair Eddy Arriola; Sushi Maki owner Abe Ng, and OTC owner Michael Sullivan.
