#36 Lana Bell High-Res
Lana Bell

Those of us that live, work and play in Sunny Isles Beach know that the City is a special place. When visitors discover this lovely beachside getaway, they dream of becoming residents in order to enjoy the sunshine and the ocean waters all year long. One resident has been very instrumental in making that dream of home ownership come true. Her name is Lana Bell. Recently, the Miami-based lifestyle show, The Top 100, honored Lana, of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, for having the highest track record of residential transactions over $1 million.

It pays to know your market and what better way to know it, than to live in it! Lana and husband, Leon Bell, have made Sunny Isles Beach their home and place of business since 2003. Like many new business owners, their home in Ocean III was their first office. The company grew to twenty agents, including their son Bernard Belenky and was moved to larger quarters. Lana is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS ®) and licensed with the Florida Real Estate Commission.

Sunny Realty recorded more than $100 million in sales in 2012. This led to a merger with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in 2013. The Sunny Realty team of agents, who speak seven languages, are a real asset to Sotheby’s as they are able to provide service to a multitude of foreign and domestic home buyers. “It is an honor to receive this recognition from The Top 100, and I am thrilled to be a part of such an exceptional team at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty,” said Bell. “We are proud to unite our global clientele with outstanding luxury properties in South Florida, and we look forward to the strong momentum in the year ahead.”

When Lana is not promoting our beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, florida’s riviera, she likes to collect art and antiques, work on software programming, practice yoga and read. Lana and Leon also support the local Jewish community and temple. Real estate agents, like Lana, that sell the luxury homes to a world market, contribute to the overall desirability of our City and that is a good thing for all homeowners. How many people can say they live the lifestyle of the rich and famous, right in their own hometown?
