Jutta Campiani-Kopp, owner of the new Elements Massage in Pinecrest, is on a mission to help area residents experience the healing benefits of massage therapy services tailored to meet their unique needs.
Campiani-Kopp opened the new Elements Massage studio, at 9523 S. Dixie Hwy., earlier this month. She says Elements is the only massage franchise in the United States founded by a licensed massage therapist and that it has carved a niche in the industry by specializing solely in massage services and providing a highly customized experience to each client.
According to a study from Trajectory Research of 829 massage users, Elements clients reported more than 50 percent higher satisfaction levels than users of independent massage providers or other major franchise massage brands.

With a degree in Business Administration, German-born Campiani- Kopp began her career as the director of human resources at a consulting company in Frankfurt. After five years, she moved into management and took over the operation of a family owned business that focused on residential and commercial properties. After years of living abroad, Campiani-Kopp and her husband moved to Miami and began looking into different franchise concepts. After searching for just the right fit, the couple decided to open an Elements Massage based on their love of the health and wellness industry.
