Dadeland shoppers can experience a visual history of China through a fashion exhibition featuring six curated wardrobes from significant periods. The outfits will be exhibited throughout the mall and each display will communicate the history of the outfit. All of the pieces have been loaned to Dadeland Mall by the Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in Miami <www.taiwanembassy. org>.

“This celebration is an exciting way to teach our community about Chinese culture,” said Dailen Rodriguez, director of marketing and business development at Dadeland Mall. “It is our hope that Chinese consumers and tourists, along with our shoppers, enjoy the festivities and discover a culture rich in tradition.”

On select weekends, Dadeland Mall will host Art Talks, engaging conversation with local Chinese artists that gives visitors the opportunity to meet the artist and learn about their influences, ideas and creative process. Speakers include Dr. Fu Xin of the Fu Xin Gallery Contemporary Art and painter Su Yue Lee.

The festivities will feature traditional Chinese music and dance performances. A schedule of the Art Talks and performances will be made available at our guest services counter.
