Carnival Rides & Games
Come to Pinecrest’s Bet Shira on Purim
Event Hosted By Middle School and High School Youth Groups

A Purim celebration including carnival rides and games will be held on Sunday afternoon, February 24th at Bet Shira Congregation, located in S.W. Miami-Dade at 7500 S.W. 120th Street, Pinecrest, from Noon to 3:00 P.M.

The Carnival is a 25-year tradition presented by the Bet Shira Department of Youth Activities. “Every year draws hundreds of people to this event which is open to the entire community; everyone is welcome to enjoy the festivities” said Cantor Mark H. Kula of this 400+ member Conservative Congregation serving South Miami-Dade County.

This year’s carnival has attractions for children of all ages including a blow up slide, an inflatable obstacle course, a bungee run competition, two bounce houses, a spinning cup ride, a miniature train and a rock climbing wall. There will also be face painting, fortune telling, and various carnival games where you can win tickets to exchange at the prize station. Of course, delicious carnival food such as Cotton Candy, Popcorn, and Kosher BBQ will be available. As always, spirits will be high and the joy will be seen, as children, parents & grandparents are invited to come in costume to celebrate Purim.

Pre-ordered passes for the event are available for purchase at $18 for one child or $15 each for multiple children. Those purchased after February 20th or at the event are $22 for individuals and $18 for multiple. Passes allow unlimited access to all the carnival games and all rides. Food is available and sold separately. To pre-order your tickets or to find out more, please contact Alex Zaremba, Director of Youth Activities at Bet Shira Congregation, at (305) 238-2601 or e-mail azaremba@betshira.org.
