NOTICE OF SALE
Notice of foreclosure of lien and intent to sell vehicles pursuant to
F.S. 713.78. The vehicles are stored and will be auction by souled
bids at NU-WAY TOWING, 2343 N.W. 7 AVE., #3, MIAMI, FL 33127
at 8:00 a.m. on SEPTEMBER 3RD, 2012. Bids to start at towing,
storage and cost of auction. Vehicles sold as is no title, cash only.
Any vehicle which remains unclaimed or for which the charges for
recover, towing or storage service remains unpaid may be sold
after 35 days if the vehicle is more than 3 years of age, or after 50
days if the vehicle is 3 years of age or less, from the date of tow,
from all prior liens. TL-5238.
