On June 18, 2012, the
Police Department of The
City of Homestead, in conjunction
with the Miami-Dade
Police Department, seized
2004 Nissan Murano, VIN
#JN8AZ08T24W224659,
Florida Tag AQYA23, at or
near 1751 NW 58th Street,
Miami, in Miami-Dade County,
Florida, for violations of the
Florida Contraband Forfeiture
Act, Section 932.701 - .707
Florida Statutes. This property
was attempted to be used or
was intended to be used in violation
of provisions of Chapter
893, Florida Statutes, or was,
or was intended to be, actually
employed as an instrumentality
in the commission of, or in
aiding or abetting in the commission
of, a felony.
A Complaint seeking the
Forfeiture of this property is
being filed in the Circuit Court
of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit,
in and for Miami-Dade
County, Florida, Civil Division.
Any claimant who desires to
contest the forfeiture must file
and serve responsive pleadings
and affirmative defenses
within 20 days after receipt of
this Complaint and the Court’s
probable cause finding. Copies
of any pleadings filed in this
cause should be served on the
