SuViche celebrated the official grand opening of their second location, last Thursday with a ribbon cutting ceremony conducted by Commissioners Jorge Exposito and Michael Gongora from the city of Miami Beach and Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce EVP & COO Ceci Velasco. Guests were served appetizers from the unique Peruvian and Japanese fusion menu, which included their most popular sushi rolls and their classic “ceviche SuViche.”
The event provided an opportunity to reintroduce the restaurant to the Miami Beach community, which was fundamental to the SuViche team. Their goal was to reacquaint the locals with the restaurant and offer them a complimentary culinary tour of their menu, in the hopes that they will become regulars and make SuViche their go-to spot for lunch and dinner.
