Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour and Mount Sinai Medical Center have teamed up for the second time in less than a year to raise awareness and funds for a charitable cause.
This February, Saks Fifth Avenue will donate 5% of all registered purchases made with a Saks Fifth Avenue credit card back to charity with an initiative called Saks Loves Your Cause. The Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation will be one of two local charities that customers can choose from at Saks Bal Harbour to designate the 5% contribution.
“After Saks Fifth Avenue’s successful charity initiative in 2012, we’re excited to be able to continue with the February promotion for the second year. We appreciate our customers’ charitable involvement and again look forward to giving back locally with this exciting national program,” said Steve Sadove, Chairman and CEO, Saks Incorporated.

In order for your donation to count, your purchases must be made with your Saks Fifth Avenue credit card. . If you don’t already have a Saks Fifth Avenue credit card, you may apply for one within the store with any sales associate. The more you spend, the bigger the impact your contribution can make! Registration is one simple step at point of sale. Tell your sales associate that you would like to register your Saks card and designate Mount Sinai as your charity. Each purchase made with your card throughout the entire month of February will then benefit Mount Sinai.
