When millions of tourists rush the shores of Miami Beach, the number one stop has always been Ocean Drive in South Beach. This 10 block radius has it all- beautiful ocean views, shopping, attractive nightlife and of course world famous entertainment and restaurants including Mango’s Tropical Café, News Café, the Clevelander and much more!

This year, Ocean Drive will officially be renamed Orange Drive starting on New Year’s Eve and lasting until January 2nd. Ocean Drive will be closed to Vehicle Traffic from December 31st at 7 a.m. and will reopen on January 3rd at 7 a.m. Orange Drive will include a dynamic list of events for residents and visitors alike, leading up to the Orange Bowl. This is the first celebration on Ocean Drive for this four-year contract with the City of Miami Beach.

Max Sklar, Tourism and Cultural Development Director for the City of Miami Beach, said “The City is excited to partner up with the Orange Bowl Committee for this event and we hope to build upon this annually to attract more tourists from all over the world.”

Orange Drive is an intellectual property jointly developed by the Union Square Agency (USSE Corp., Pink OTC Symbol: UCRP) and the Orange Bowl Committee. This year’s Orange Drive will host a vibrant array of events. This event celebrating the New Year further marks South Beach as prime location to attract tourist from all over the world to attend the festivities during this three day event.

Orange Drive Performances:

• ‘Noon Year’s Eve Kids Countown’: Taking place from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. on December 31. The event is hosted by Radio Disney. Kicking Daisies, a punk/pop/rock band and winner of Radio Disney’s N.B.T. (Next Big Thing) will perform

. • ‘Jam on the Sand’: Taking place from 9 p.m. – 2 a.m. on December 31. Leona Lewis and Natasha Bedingfield will perform and DJ Irie will be playing music as well.

• ‘En Vivo Latin Festival’: Taking place from 7 p.m. – 11 p.m. on January 1. Gilberto Santa Rosa, Albita and Hanzel y Raul will perform.

• ‘Gridiron Bash Pep Rally’: Taking place from 8 p.m. – 10 p.m. on January 2. Entourage’s Adrian Grenier and his band the Honey Brothers will perform, along with comedian Adam Carolla.

Orange Drive is partnering with local and national brands, along with media partners, to promote brand activation sites, entertainment pavilions and local merchants.
