About 250 guests came to celebrate the partnership of Marina Palms Yacht Club & Residences and Douglas Elliman Real Estate for the sales launch of 12 penthouse residents in the project’s north tower trophy Sky Residence Collection.
During the party, film crews were there to shoot scenes for a new reality television show, featuring the lifestyles and buying habits of Miami real estate brokers and buyers.
Voga wine, Monkey Shoulder scotch/whisky and Reyka Vodka provided free-flowing drinks for party guests. Deep Impact docked two $500,000 center console boats at the marina and South Beach Exotic parked a bright yellow Ferrari outside as eye candy for guests.
At around 9 p.m., a surprise flash mob opera performance took place featuring singers and performers from Florida Grand Opera. The entertainment captivated the party guests and added even more energy to the exciting event.
