New York City native Gabrielle Jordan has joined Worldwide Properties as a realtorassociate, announced Eddy Martinez, CEO and president of Worldwide Properties. She will specialize in the sales and rentals of luxury condominiums and single family properties in Miami Beach and Miami as well as Aventura and Sunny Isles. She will be based out of the company’s SoFi office at 225 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach.

“Gabby brings over 20 years of experience in the real-estate industry,” said Martinez. “She has worked in diverse markets throughout the US including, New York, Atlanta, Florida, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands and has held her Real Estate Sales license in Florida as well as Hawaii and New York.”

Jordan attended the City University of New York where she majored in Economics. She is also an alumnus of The Washington Center and has served as a member of Rotary International.

Prior to joining Worldwide Properties, Gabrielle was with Boston-based Corcoran Jennison in charge of the asset management of new construction and rehab of residential and commercial developments. Throughout her asset management career, she successfully supervised asset and management operations of new construction projects with over $800 million in development costs.
