Marine adventures await the entire family during “Dreaming with Dolphins,” a new sleepover program where families get to explore Miami Seaquarium after hours and sleep beside the Top Deck Dolphin exhibit and the jewel fish tanks. From 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 4 to 10:00 p.m. Sunday, October 5th, 2014, Miami Seaquarium invites guests to go on an adventure and experience the park like never before.
For only $60 per participant ($30 with a valid Annual Pass), the two day event will offer science presentations, marine mammal shows, light snacks, dinner, continental breakfast the next day and much more.
Families also will have the opportunity to explore a variety of marine creatures by booking one of the many interaction packages with the manatees, sea turtles, dolphins, sea lions and more. Due to limited space, reservations must be booked in advance. To make a reservation call 305-365-2501.
In addition, all participating families will need to bring a sleeping bag and air mattress. For those who wish to rent, a limited number of closed-cell foam sleeping mats will be available.
Miami Seaquarium, South Florida’s most popular tourist attraction, is a family-oriented marine-life park open to the public 365 days a year.
The park provides visitors with a greater understanding and appreciation for marine life through shows, presentations and marine-life exhibits.
