Officers Lori Perria and Johnny Williams were honored on Jan. 30 for quick response and teamwork in nabbing a burglar during a crime-in-progress on Oct. 12, 2012. Honored as Officers of the Month for January at Kendall District’s Citizens Advisory Committee meeting, the pair had responded on a cruiser patrol to nab a fleeing suspect, later recovering stolen jewelry and other property that led to solving numerous other such crimes in the Kendall area.
