Allen Morris’ Rentz inducted into Boys and Girls Club Hall of Fame

The Allen Morris Company, one of the largest diversified real estate firms in the Southeast, recently announced that Larry Rentz, the firm’s director of Asset Management and Brokerage, was inducted into the Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami- Dade’s Alumni Hall of Fame on Saturday, Feb. 7.

“Larry’s unwavering dedication to the children of Miami-Dade sets the bar high for all community leaders,” said Alex Rodriguez-Roig, president of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade. “He has helped enhance the quality of life for thousands of children, and his many years of service have created an immensely positive and profound change in our community.”

A Miami native, Rentz has volunteered at The Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami- Dade for 40 years. He has served on the organization’s executive board as vice chair since 2010.

“I am greatly humbled and honored to be inducted into the Boys and Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade’s Alumni Hall of Fame,” Rentz said. “The organization serves a large number of children, and am hopeful that seeing the positive impact the clubs have made in the lives of so many people will encourage other community leaders to support this extraordinary cause.”

In addition to his work with the Boys and Girls Clubs, Rentz has served as a board member of the Brain Injury Association of Florida and is a lifetime sponsor of the Campus Crusade for Christ. He also has served as a member of the Orange Bowl Committee, the National Association of Realtors, the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and the Fellowship for Christian Athletes.
