Honoring a War Hero
At the invitation of Col. Chris Funk, 482nd Fighter Wing commander, Homestead Air Reserve Base (left), Luis Cerezo, Homestead Job Corps Center director (middle) and many other community supporters participated in ribbon cutting and rededication ceremonies on the Base. The day culminated with a tour of the three new facilities which include the Sam Johnson Fitness Center, the Army Air Force Exchange Service Express and the Community Activity Center.
