Presented by Marina Bravo, a licensed clinical social worker specializing in elder care, this support group provides a forum for caregivers of persons with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias to discuss a variety of topics, including medications, medical care issues, behaviors, family dynamics, and community care services. The 10th Anniversary 'Havana Nights' Gala is a celebration of 10 years of service for the Miami-based Non-profit, Educate Tomorrow. This year's theme is 'Havana Nights.' There will be cuban food from various local restaurants and a big silent auction featuring cruises, sports tickets and a lot of exclusive wines. The Spam Allstars, a local cuban band, will be playing throughout the night. NBC 6's Jackie Nespral will MC the event.
The event will be co-hosted by the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
