The Greater Miami & The Beaches Hotel Association (GMBHA) will recognize and honor outstanding managers of the various hotel departments in Miami-Dade. The event will attract hotel managers, hospitality partners and allied upgrade members.

The awards will cover the entire range of hotel management functions including General Manager, Food & Beverage, Human Resources, Engineering, Front Desk, Banquets, Sales & Marketing, Recreation, Housekeeping, Steward, Finance, Recreation and Security.

The Greater Miami & The Beaches Hotel Association is a membership organization comprised of hoteliers and allied members across Miami-Dade County. The association’s goal is to promote the interest of its members through advocacy, education and partnerships and advance Miami as the visitor’s destination of choice. The GMBHA’s calendar of events includes monthly hotelier’s breakfast series and networkers as well as luncheons featuring top leaders and educators in the hospitality industry.  For the past 18 years, the GMBHA has recognized exceptional hotel employees and hotel members during its annual Inn Key Awards ceremony.
