The annual Leighton Law “Sex, Drugs & Violence” seminar on October 17 will focus on inadequate premises security and violent crime civil litigation in Florida. Along with providing a wealth of relevant information, attendees will also receive five CLE credits, four of which are for civil trial certification.
The seminar will cover tactics and strategies in investigating, litigating and trying premises security cases, as well as relevant statutes, codes, ordinances and Florida’s new Daubert law. William Bopp, Ph.D, Professor Emeritus of Criminology, will be the event’s guest speaker, and he and Mr. John E. Leighton will share insights and strategies cultivated from nearly 30 years of litigating fascinating cases that attendees will be able to apply in their own practices.
