Please join Peter Caproni, Ph.D. from NSU’s Center for Psychological Studies, as he explores the role of his hometown of Ripley, Ohio as an early stop on the Underground Railroad. A slave woman who crossed the frozen river to Ripley inspired the character of Eliza in Harriet Beecher Stowe's landmark book, Uncle Tom's Cabin. Location: Maltz Building, room 2045.
