Gallery 14 presents Dramatic Interpretations: work by Emily Heinzel and I. Joseph. The show will run from January 29 through February 23 with a reception, as part of the First Friday Gallery Stroll, on Friday February 1 from 5-8. Emily Heinzel explores nature with colored wax pencils on wood, layering color over color until the wood panels are so completely covered with pencil, many think they are paintings. I. Joseph's eclectic views of people, nature, animals, historic scenes and spiritual inspirations, enchant the eye with interplay of color, often juxtaposed with black and white mystical backgrounds.
