We will discuss the importance of turning within and learn simple meditation techniques which are known to alleviate depression, anxiety, fear, anger, and stress and promote peace of mind and well being.
We will discuss how to focus the mind, practice concentration to end the incessant chatter of the mind and find the path way to the heart.
We will also practice simple breathing techniques to enhance concentration.
