Relive the unforgettable, inaugural heavyweight bout between Cassius Clay and Sonny Liston 50 years ago in Miami Beach, with the men and women who lived it.

HistoryMiami will host a panel discussion – I Shook Up the World – featuring members of Ali’s fight team; reporters who covered the fight; as well as hall-of-fame boxing writers and fight promoters. The panel will be moderated by HistoryMiami President/CEO and Florida Boxing Hall of Fame historian, Ramiro Ortiz.

In addition, the museum has curated a pop-up exhibition featuring paintings by Dr. Ferdie Pacheco, Ali’s former physician and corner man. This limited engagement exhibition, open from February 14 – March 30, will also include memorabilia and never-before-seen photos from the 1964 bout.
