This Sunday March 15 in Miami at 12:00PM the 3rd Grand Parade of Carnaval de Barranquilla Internacional will take the Calle Ocho festival by storm. You will find the world wide famous music, dance, and tradition of the Carnaval of Barranquilla set among the largest hispanic street party in the United States.
The Carnaval of Barranquilla is recognized as a masterpiece of the oral and intangible heritage of humanity by UNESCO. Alas USA with the support of Smile Studio Dental and Wellness Center by Dr. Raul Gonzalez bring the unique Carnaval folklore to Miami in a grand showcase of this important tradition.
At the Carnaval de Barranquilla Internacional audiences will discover the wealth of carnival traditions from throughout the world as presided by the Queen of Carnaval de Barranquilla Cristina Felfle.
The parade starts 12pm, on Sunday March 15, from SW 27th Ave to SW 13th Ct along SW 8th Street (Calle 8) Miami. The fun continues on stage with music and dance performances on the Folkloric stage located on 1340 SW 8th Street, Miami FL 33135 with appearances from international artists Twister el Rey, Felipe Molinares, Monophonicos and many more.
