Dade Christian Families Enjoy ‘Fun Night’ Indoors

Laughter filled the air when Dade Christian School hosted its annual “Family Fun Night” with several hundred students and family members enjoying an evening of fun, food and fellowship. The event was recently held at the school’s Northwest Dade Campus, 6601 N. W. 167 St.

“Despite a bit of wet weather, the Crusader Nation was out in full force at this annual event,” said Craig Konchak, Dade Christian’s Director of Development. “Family Fun Night is traditionally a big hit because Crusader families are always looking for an excuse to spend time together.”

In the recently-renovated Crusader Café, attendees savored a choice of authentic Latin cuisine or barbeque, surrounded by bounce houses and miniature golf courses. Various school clubs also worked hard to raise funds for upcoming activities, selling popcorn, candy, and snow cones with a 35-foot movie screen towering over the party event.

Dade Christian School combines a quality academic program with a commitment to character development and spiritual growth in the Christian tradition for students in grades K-12. For information, visit www.dadechristian.org.
