The UM Franklin C. Bush Chapter of the Woman’s Cancer Association will conduct its annual Fabulous Fashions of The Second Time Around fashion show on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at the Courtyard Marriott, 2051 LeJeune Rd. in Coral Gables.
The fun begins at 10 a.m. for boutique shopping where guests will find bargains galore. Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. followed by a fashion show at 12:30 p.m.
An admission price of $50 includes lunch, a chance to shop in the boutique and a fashion show with a cash bar. The tax deductible portion of the ticket is 35 percent. This always is a truly enjoyable way to shop while also supporting a terrific charity. The women who orchestrate this annual fundraiser are a hard working, dedicated group and include the amazing Ruth Jacobs.
