Bulla Gastrobar launches chef-inspired weekly market menu in Coral Gables

Coral Gables News
[dropcap]C[/dropcap]elebrating authentic Spanish cuisine, Bulla Gastrobar is introducing a weekly market menu created by executive chef Diego Solano. His focus is on of-themoment ingredients that revive and rethink classic Spanish dishes for the Miami palate.

Every Tuesday, Solano and his team carefully curate a menu, creating and tasting recipes, and reviewing the balance of the plate, presentation and flavor. The menu is designed to be creative with the use of fresh elements and trends, ultimately lending to an outstanding culinary experience.

“We want to take our guests on a gastronomic journey that fuses new flavors beyond our daily menu,” Solano said. “We’re always seeking ways for our regulars who dine with us three or four times a week to get a taste of something new.”

The market menu is available nightly and changes every Tuesday. Dishes rotate and, although all pay homage to Spain, they always will use a new ingredient and are never the same. Diners can expect items such as Zarzuela de Mariscos — a seafood stew with clams, shrimp, mussels, monkfish, calamari sofrito, pine nut, picada, white wine; Solomillo con Polenta with filet mignon, polenta fries, portabello mushrooms, Port reduction and Panna Cotta de Miel y Yogurt a honey and Greek yogurt panna cotta, citrus sponge cake, lychee foam and organic honey.

Additionally, the house mixologist will be revving up for a new cocktail each week.

The market menu is offered daily during dinner service and changes weekly every Tuesday.

Bulla Gastrobar is located at 2500 Ponce De Leon Blvd. in Coral Gables; visit www.bullamiami.com or call 305-441-0107.
