The Excellence in HR Awards recipients were announced on Mar. 25 during an awards luncheon at Jungle Island in conjunction with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s HR Insights Day. During the luncheon, Chris P. Mainquist, director of Sales and Account Management, Small Business of UnitedHealthcare (pictured second from the left), accepted the 2014 Excellence in HR Award in “Health and Well-Being” on behalf of UnitedHealthcare. The award is presented annually to an organization in the Greater Miami region whose outstanding achievement for health and well-being in the workplace serves as a model of excellence.
