Property owners sent 2015 Exemption Renewal Receipts

Property Appraiser Pedro J. Garcia recently mailed out the Automatic Renewal Receipts to eligible property owners in Miami-Dade County.

The mailings and quantities for each include:
• Automatic Homestead Renewals: 396,259

• Institutional Renewal Receipts (Personal Property): 2,234
• Courtesy Exemption Applications: 16,987
