CocoWalk Gears Up for an Active October

CocoWalk merchants will share treats (no tricks!) while kids of all ages can enjoy a magician, tattoo and balloon artists and spook-tacular music. The popular Power 96 morning show crew will host the musical festivities and spin today’s top tunes from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., while DJ George Jett/306 MIX returns to CocoWalk once more to spin the best in oldies, house and techno music until 3 a.m.
For the first time, Phobooth is invited to the party with a fun photo booth from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Trick o’ treaters can pose and show off their clever costumes, while walking away with instant snapshots to share! Phobooth has entertained at events for Wholefoods, Toyota and Coach, to name a few. Safe Kids USA, a national nonprofit working with Miami Children’s Hospital in this area, has been invited to participate and share tips with parents and kids on how to keep safe this Halloween.
