Kamikaze Fireflies will entertain at the Renaissance Festival.

Adventures await you at the Florida Renaissance Festival in Miami’s Cauley Square Historic Village for three weekends beginning Mar 29.

Step back into time and leave all inhibitions of discovery at the castle door. More than 100 costumed performers, eight stages with continuous entertainment and 18 stage acts from around the world join a mix of other renaissance surprises that include Celtic Mayhem, traditional and original Celtic music with an edge; CuDubh (KooDoo), original dark heavy metal bagpipe and war drum compositions for the Celtic/Viking warrior in all of us; Gabriel Q, watch out for Sir Real and his beautiful, bizarre and hilarious big puppets and stilt characters; the King’s Royal archer, Bill Darr, showcasing wonders of the bow shooting demonstrations and the history of archery; Blackshear’s Curious Magic, sidesplitting comedy and amazing magic; Honour for Hyre, a character based, interactive comedy-adventure show and many other festival favorites.

New addition to the festival is “Wandering Gypsy Theatre,” a widely popular renaissance-vaudeville storytelling show for kids and parents.

The Florida Renaissance Festival is produced by the nationally acclaimed Bobby Rodriguez Productions and strives to create an entertaining and cultural experience for adults and children alike. The sponsors of the Florida Renaissance Festival include Warsteiner Beer, Coca-Cola, Subway and Comcast.
