Celebrating the first anniversary of its unveiling, Brickell Link at 600 Brickell is raising the bar and setting the global standard for the most demanding collaborative office tenants.

“The South Florida market is getting saturated with buildings offering desk space and even engaging in a price war,” said Andrea Salazar, Brickell Link’s manager. “Brickell Link is a completely different offering in the marketplace. Our combination of amenities is unlike any other. Whether in a suite or shared desk, all our tenants work and can meet clients in an atmosphere fit for any global CEO. Our goal is to set a platinum standard in a Platinum building.”

600 Brickell was the first office building in the Southeast to be certified LEED Platinum by the U.S. Green Building Council, the highest rating available for sustainability and a healthy environment.

Not only is Brickell Link one of the largest shared spaces in one of South Florida most prestigious business addresses. The 24,000- square-foot center offers sweeping views of Miami, Biscayne Bay and the ocean from the 16th floor, and amenities and technology its competitors can’t match.

Suite tenants enjoy free access to a top-ofthe- line fitness center, fullfledged conference center, both just two floors down, and garage and valet parking. All tenants, including those with shared desks, can benefit from a unique direct link to the NAP of the Americas, the Internet’s hemispheric hub less than a mile away.

For as little as a $1,200 a month, a solo practitioner, small business, or global branch can enjoy a suite in an environment fit for a global CEO. Within Brickell Link, they have room to expand or, if they want larger quarters, they can move one floor down, to a floor dedicated entirely to spec suites.

“That kind of organized vertical integration is unusual in a building,” Salazar said. “We try to make life as easy as possible for all our tenants.”

A growing array of tenants includes Power Shark Capital, co-founded by Kevin Harrington of Shark Tank TV fame and longtime entrepreneurs Robert and Jean-Jean Pelletier, as well as law firms, providers of capital, and entrepreneurs.

“Tenants at Brickell Link are entrepreneurs and collaborators from around the world,” Salazar said. “As the Brickell neighborhood is emerging as an international center for business and capital, many tenants choose to live in the neighborhood and be close to their office.”

“We find Brickell Link a perfect spot for our headquarters, which serves at least nine nations throughout the hemisphere,” said Martin Cordo, director of Bluetrade International, an American holding company for high-end building materials, flooring and wall covering. “The amenities, convenience, and prestige can’t be beat.”

All tenants, including those who rent private workstations for as little as $400 a month, still have access to a host of amenities, such as bike racks and showers; exclusive tenant use of the 600 Brickell’s complimentary neighborhood shuttle; complete recycling program; document shredding; onsite management and staff, and the direct, secure high-speed Internet link.

In addition, all Brickell Link tenants enjoy an onsite, full-time receptionist, private meeting rooms, video conferencing, highspeed color printers, copiers, and scanners, and a fully equipped kitchen offering gourmet beverages. They also have access to a common area with sweeping area access to a receptionist, conference rooms, a kitchen, and common areas overlooking Miami’s skyline from South Florida most prestigious business address. The building is as handy as any to public transportation, with direct access to bus lines and the Metromover connecting to Metrorail.

“There is no substitute for seeing Brickell Link with your own eyes,” Salazar said. “At Brickell Link, tenants can have it all, with no tradeoffs or compromises for security, speed, amenities, or convenience.”

Companies that have chosen 600 Brickell include, among many others: Northern Trust, Crédit Agricole Private Banking Miami, Boston Consulting Group, New York-based commercial and construction mortgage lender Doral Money Inc., the global law firm Hogan Lovells, the Gunster law firm, global mediation and arbitration service provider JAMS, and the acclaimed Lippi Restaurant on the first floor facing the 30,000-squarefoot 600 Brickell Plaza, which hosts a growing array of community events.
