The National Kidney Foundation of Florida (NKFF) is proud to announce Charles Schuette as the Corporate Chairman of the 2013 Miami Kidney Walk and Akerman Senterfitt as the presenting sponsor! Mr. Schuette previously served as Chairman and CEO of Akerman Senterfitt and is currently on the board of trustees for the National Kidney Foundation of Florida. The Miami Kidney Walk will take place February 24th at Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami.
“Join me in support of the 2013 Miami Kidney Walk presented by Akerman Senterfitt. The Miami Kidney Walk is an opportunity for the South Florida community to come together and help raise funds to fight kidney disease. This disease affects 1 in 9 Floridians, and another 1 out of 3 adults in Florida are “at risk” for chronic kidney disease, a looming public health crisis worthy of our support. I look forward to having you on board with the NKFF, Akerman Senterfitt and myself in reaching our fundraising goals.”
