One Place, Many Opportunities

Running a successful condominium or cooperative community is a challenge—one often made more difficult by the sheer number of vendors, service providers, and other professionals that association board members and property managers must coordinate with to address their community’s needs. The upcoming Condo, HOA & Co-op Expo is more than just a trade show—it makes a tough job immeasurably easier by assembling representatives from every corner of the condo service industry in one place, and in one location.

Expo exhibitors will have representatives on hand to answer questions, distribute information, and offer expert advice to attendees throughout the day, said Henry Robbins, executive vice president of Yale Robbins, Inc., which publishes The South Florida Cooperator and produces the Expo. “If your condo or community association has been in the market for a new CPA or landscaping firm, or if you have a question about how you can cut down on electricity or maintenance costs, you can put down the phone and log off the web—just come to the Expo, and meet prospective vendors face-to-face, all in one day at one convenient location,” Robbins said.

Education and More
A full slate of topical educational seminars will be offered throughout the day. Panels include “The Top 5 Things Managers Wish Boards Knew,” sponsored by Associa;
“Condominium Association Construction Projects Gone Wild,” sponsored by Becker & Poliakoff; Navigating the Claims Process,” sponsored by East Coast Public Adjusters; and “Collecting Common Fees and Enforcing Rules and Regulations,” sponsored by The South Florida Cooperator.
In a world where nothing is free, you can also get free advice! Legal, management, insurance and financial service professionals will be on hand all day to provide free advice to attendees. A full service food court will also offer plenty of space to relax between booth visits and seminars.

Prizes, Prizes!
And don’t forget about our fabulous Grand Prize! One lucky board member in attendance can win a $2,500 contribution to their building or association’s reserve fund. One winner will be chosen at random after registration has closed and will be notified via email or phone of their good fortune.
