Fisheries in the northeast United States have received an overwhelming amount of soft shell lobsters to kick off an early start to Lobster Season. Commercial fishing in Maine is nearly a $1.8 billion dollar industry.

Kitchen 305 at the Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort is cashing in on this summers crustacean by offering All-You-Can- Eat Lobster dinners for $35 every Wednesday until Labor Day, Sept. 3, 2012.

For a little more than the market price of a tail, guests can indulge in endless plates of this soft shell, red crustacean flown in fresh weekly from Maine.

Alongside the “Maine” act, Kitchen 305 is serving a steaming bowl of soup du jour and a Wedge Salad with crumbled blue cheese and Applewood smoked bacon. The dinner special includes fresh baked bread, oven roasted potatoes and grilled corn on the cob.

Originally the Newport Pub, Kitchen 305 continues the restaurant’s legacy of supper club events by offering weekly dinner specials with live music, entertainment and premium drink specials.
