Originally from Israel, Dr. Levin was raised in a family of medical doctors and graduated with honors from Austria’s leading medical school. He completed his residency at UIC in Chicago and went on to practice throughout Israel, Europe and the U.S., attaining positive outcomes for diverse cases – many considered “high risk.”
