One of the world’s most luxurious and technologically advanced condominiums – Porsche Design Tower Miami – has hired Park One to run the tower’s parking operations, including overseeing the automated vehicle elevators that take residents and their cars directly to their units.
This unique project is a collaboration between Porsche Design Group and Gil Dezer, who has developed trophy properties like Trump International Resort, Trump Towers, and Trump Palace.
Park One will manage every aspect of the parking program for residents, guests and visitors of the 60-story tower in Sunny Isles Beach, FL., which will have more than 280 parking spaces for the 132 units and will enable owners to park two or four cars in their own “garages” adjacent to their units.

Porsche Design Tower Miami’s distinctive Command Center will be manned by a trained Park One “captain,” who will be responsible for vertical movements of all vehicles in the tower’s car elevators, as well as monitoring the entire parking area to ensure efficient and proper handling of all vehicles.
