MIAMI DOLPHINS CHEERLEADERS HOST OPEN AUDITIONS FOR 2014 SQUAD

 Prep Classes Presented by AT&T Take Place Every Wednesday at Sun Life Stadium

dolphinsThe upcoming football season is fast approaching and the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders begin their search for enthusiastic, charismatic and talented women to represent one of the most prestigious teams in the NFL. Open call for auditions for the 2014 squad are set for 9:00 a.m., Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Sun Life Stadium.

Attendees must be at least 18 years of age and be a high school graduate by June 2014. The Dolphins are also holding prep classes presented by AT&T every Wednesday evening in preparation for the auditions at the cheerleader studio at Sun Life Stadium. Classes are offered at 7 and 8:30 p.m.

Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders perform at every Dolphins home game, appear and perform at community and charity events, are role models for young children and Dolphins fans throughout the country and have the opportunity to travel the globe to perform and entertain our US troops.

A total of 25 Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders recently traveled to La Romana, Dominican Republic to shoot their 2015 Cheerleader Swimsuit Calendar. Shot on location at Casa de Campo “Home of the Sporting Life” and hosted by the Dominican Republic Ministry of Tourism (MITUR), the swimsuit calendar will be unveiled later this year during the cheerleaders’ annual fashion show reveal party in Miami.

During shooting, the ladies created a special treat for fans with their third video lip dub, a mashup by DJ Earworm, the newest video includes a medley of songs and can be found at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xs6oSJsR3BM. The video comes on the heels of the previous two years’ lip dub of Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” and Taylor Swift’s “22.” One of the most visible entertainment groups in all of professional sports, the Miami Dolphins cheerleaders video lip dubs have garnered over 23 million views on YouTube.
