Established in 1981, The Joint Council of Aventura’s purpose is to provide resources, advice and guidance to the residents of condominiums throughout Aventura, by offering training programs to educate new and existing Board Members on managing their buildings properly.
Accepting a position on a condominium Board of Directors is an exciting and influential opportunity. However, it comes with serious responsibility, which is why The Joint Council of Aventura offers free courses designed to help manage associations effectively and efficiently, in an effort to keep residents up to date.
On January 30th, 6:30 p.m. at Mo’s Bagels and Deli, Attorney Russell S. Jacobs of Russell S. Jacobs, P.A. will cover all the information required by law to become a certified condo board member.
