Florida International University’s Biscayne Bay Campus (BBC) and the School of Music present the fourth annual Prestige Cultural Series, featuring four performances by students from opera, musical theatre, piano, and string ensembles across venues in North Miami and Sunny Isles Beach. The Series opens with “An Opera Matinee” on Sunday, December 2nd and resumes in early 2013 with a performance titled “Musical Theatre Across the Ages,” a piano recital featuring Czech composers called “Czechoslovakian Spring,” and concludes with “Afternoon Delight” including a gourmet luncheon prepared by students from the Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and a performance by FIU’s Graduate String Quartet.
