A select group of FIABCI (International Federation of Real Estate)members defeated the rain to gather at the luxurious Decorus Realty office in Sunny Isles Beach this past March to meet French businessman Mr. Henry Gast, from the Conseil en Organisation et Valorisation d’Enterprises.
During the event, Mr. Gast asked questions about the current condition of the real estate market, expressing many French buyers are confused about the big gap in property prices and FIABCI. Realtors gave their perspective on the topic, explaining the differences in demand within submarkets and the myths still circulating in spite of the current strength of the market. It has become a seller’s market.
Chief Executive Officer of theMiami Association of Realtors Teresa Kinney also treated guests to a preview of the latest statistics, which had not been released to the general public.
Lastly, Decorus Realty owners Gabriel Markovich and David Koster presented attendees with a video showcasing the new construction of 7 exclusive oceanfront town homes at 95th On the Ocean, located two blocks South of Bal Harbor Shops. Each town home is over 4,000 ft. plus 2,000 ft. of terraces, including private pools and glass elevators.
