Double Park client list attests to continued commitment to customer service

What do 15 of SoBe’s boutique hotels and the hottest restaurants South of Fifth, including Prime 112, Prime Italian, DeVito South Beach and China Grill, have in common? For a hint, add CocoWalk, the Coconut Grove Playhouse, Coconut Grove Bank Lot, and then downtown Miami’s Doubletree Grand.

The answer is Double Park, a premier valet service and parking management company.

“One thing that sets us apart is experience and leadership,” says Daniel Radrizzani, director of operations for Double Park, which has its largest condominium operation here in Aventura, properties like Terraces at Turnberry, Atlantic I and many more. “Owner Mitch Liss has been in this business for more than 30 years and keeps customer service his priority, something that’s no longer true at other companies.”

This superior commitment to service has earned the company contracts with the City of Aventura for the Arts & Cultural Center as well as the City of North Miami Beach’s Julius Littman Performing Arts Theater.

In fact, Radrizzani says, Mitch Liss himself drives to every Double Park location to keep in touch with his staff.

“We’re a big company,” he says, “but we don’t operate like a big company.”

There’s more, Radrizzani emphasizes.

“Another big thing is our technology,” he says. “In addition to using biometric hand scan time and attendance equipment for employees, the company installs cameras on ramps and in the valet office not only to ensure the security of our clients and their vehicles but also to monitor service levels 24 hours a day.”
