Fernando Levy Hara and Stephan Gietl, partners in mckafka Development Group, are wearing many hats these days. In addition to developing The Crimson, a boutique waterfront luxury condo located in Edgewater, Miami’s hottest new district, they are sought-after lecturers at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design in their Executive Education program.

Levy Hara and Gietl teach at the “Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate “ , a one- year program which attracts top international developers and investors . The course, an intensive, transformative program, provides the tools and vision needed by today’s leaders in the global real estate industry, and is designed for an elite group of senior real estate entrepreneurs and decision-makers.

For the past three years, the partners have given different lectures at Harvard University and have seen incredible results. This year’s lecture was called “Real Estate Investment Strategies”, where they explained how to build a successful investment plan based on the study of the theory of Real Estate Cycles. Attending this year’s program is Patricia Rotsztain from Decorus Realty in Sunny Isles Beach.

“Teaching at Harvard University is one of the most powerful and enriching experiences I have ever had,” said Levy Hara. “Every year, we have the opportunity to educate and exchange ideas with the elite of the real estate industry, coming from all around the world. We learn from our students as much as they learn from us. Cambridge is an inspirational place, where the best ideas for our joint ventures always come out.”
