Q: What books are you a fan of?

AG: My TAB members just completed a book review of No More Excuses by Sam Silverstein emphasizing accountability. In another great book, Raving Fans, author Ken Blanchard notes: “A satisfied customer is not good enough, they must be raving fansUnderstand your customer’s needs, expectations, desires, and give them all they want – plus 1%. Make them Raving Fans.” Blanchard emphasizes, “If you do not take care of your customer – someone else will!”
